What does this mean for us?
How do we give aid to those in need?
We as an organization strongly believe in helping others out when they are in need of assistance, whether that is financially, emotionally, or physically. “In need” does not mean only the homeless or disenfranchised but also includes those who may need a bit of help from others to continue living happily. For example, the current president of K.C.A., Scarlett Park, often offers extremely reduced prices for the elderly and gifts them hair products that they may not be able to comfortably afford.
How do we connect with others?
The K.C.A. strives to collaborate with professional associations, educational institutions, and technical organizations in Korea and other countries to host a variety of events, such as seminars and conferences. We additionally help promote brands and stylists reach a wider audience for their services. Being involved in an association with likeminded individuals naturally facilitates connection. With the rise of Korean beauty practices, it is imperative to grow familiar with it and question how to incorporate existing ideas into new ones.
How do we train more skills?
The K.C.A. has an array of expert stylists with a diverse set of techniques mastered. For anyone new joining, they will surely learn a variety of new skills and improve on existing ones. With the events hosted by us, even a beauty master will reap its benefits, and stylists may enroll into classes endorsed by the K.C.A. to further their mastery.
